Since 2005, he is President and Chief Executive Officer of ZoomMed Inc. Mr. Marmet graduated from University of Sherbrooke with a Bachelor degree of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering in 1976. In 1980, he co-founded “Les Ordinateurs Hypocrat Inc.”, for which he acted as President until 1995. Hypocrat was specialized in the development of software for the health market; hospitals, pharmacies, medical and dental clinics. Hypocrat’s securities were traded on the Montreal Stock Exchange in 1985. Hypocrat concluded more than 15 important acquisitions in 15 years of activities. Hypocrat had up to 68% of this market in Quebec and had up to 250 employees in Canada. In 1995, Hypocrat was sold to Fox Meyer Health Corporation, a corporation specialized in wholesale drug distribution, through a takeover bid and is now called “Médisolutions Inc.” traded on the TSX. Mr. Marmet was named "Young Entrepreneur of the Year", Arista awards in 1987. Following this period, he co-founded Funtastica Entertainment Inc. a corporation specialized in the development of interactive amusement centers.
Bruno Floriani

Me Bruno Floriani is a member of the Quebec Bar and has been practicing law since November 1984. He completed his Bachelor’s s of Civil Law at the “Université de Montréal” in 1983 and obtained a certificate in common law from Dalhousie University in Halifax and a certificate in comparative law from the University of Sherbrooke. He is a partner in the law firm Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, LLP (and of the law firm Lapointe Rosenstein LLP prior to its combination with the law firm Marchand Melançon Forget LLP) since 1989. Me Floriani is a director and/or secretary of several private companies, including Canadian subsidiaries of foreign corporations. He is also a director and officer of TerraLex®, a worldwide network of international law firms, and Co-Vice Chair of its practice groups. Me Floriani has been recognized by Best Lawyers, 2008 to 2013 editions, as one of the best attorneys in Canada in the Technology Law sector and by The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers, 2009 to 2013 editions, as one of the best franchising attorneys in Canada. He has lectured extensively on international licensing and franchising, directors' liability, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, strategic alliances, privacy, and technology transfers at various conferences around the world.
Nicolas Matziorinis

Nicolas Matziorinis has been teaching at the McGill Desautels Faculty of Management since 1988 for the BCom and MBA programs (International Trade and Finance). He is also teaching at McGill MBA Japan in Tokyo (Managing in the European Union and International Environment) since 2002, and at John Abbott College (Marketing, Customer Service, and Management) since 1987. He has a keen interest in the health sector and served on the Board of Directors of the Royal Victoria and Jacques-Viger Hospitals as well as those of CLSC Metro, St-Louis du Parc, and Cote-des-Neiges. He has degrees from McGill University (M.B.A., B.A.) and University of Montreal/Concordia (B.Sc.). He is a partner in Canbek Economic Consultants Inc. since 1976 having worked over the years in the design, development, and implementation in assignments covering the areas of Financial Services, Real Estate, Public Sector, Software and Electronics.
Micheline Luneau

Doctor Micheline Luneau is a member of the "Collège des Médecins" and has been a family medicine practitioner at the “Clinique de Médecine Familiale de St-Hyacinthe” since 1981. She completed her medical studies at the “Université Paul Sabatier” in Toulouse, France, from 1972 to 1979. She also completed one year of internship at the “Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Sherbrooke” and was registered as a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) in 1980. She has also been working at the General Medicine Department for “Réseau Santé Richelieu Yamaska”, where she founded the geriatric department in 1985. From 1989 to 1992, she acted as Secretary-Treasurer for the “Conseil des Médecins et Dentistes”. From 1990 to 1991, she was Assistant-Director to the professional services at the “Réseau Santé Richelieu Yamaska”. From 1995 to 2006, she was President of the continued education comity of the “Conseil des Médecins et Dentistes”. In 1999, she began working at the continuing professional development office of the “Faculté de Médecine de l’Université de Montréal”, where she participated in the development of workshops for general practitioners and acted as host for the training workshops. Furthermore, during 5 years, Dr. Luneau has been involved in pre-doctorate teaching “Introduction to clinical medicine” and as a monitor for first year students at the “Université de Montréal”. Since January 2007, she is jointly in charge at the “Clinique de Médecine Familiale de St-Hyacinthe”
Marie-Hélène Pinard

Mrs. Marie-Hélène Pinard is Vice-President Operations of ZoomMed Inc. since October 2005 and she is also Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since November 2007. Mrs. Pinard holds a degree in Computer Science. From 1980 to 1995 she held managerial positions in both private and public institutions. She has also worked in various hospitals such as “l’Hôtel Dieu de Québec” and “l’Hôpital Ste-Justine” and afterwards, as general manager of up to 70 employees for “STI Services Techniques Informatiques Inc.” a company specialized in the development, installation and marketing of software’s for hospitals. During these years she acquired vast experience in healthcare software in the fields such as Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratories, Scheduling and Admission. Following this period, she co-founded Funtastica Entertainment Inc. a corporation specialized in the development of interactive amusement centers.
Robert Powell

Mr. R.S. (Dale) Powell graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc. in Civil Engineering in 1970. For several years after graduation he was active in the executive of the University of Toronto Engineering Alumni Association. He is a member in good standing of both the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Powell has a background in Corporate and Business Development, Sales and Consulting Services primarily oriented to the Information Technology field. Since 1977 he has been the President of R.S.P. Management Services Ltd., a Canadian Company that provides services to a broad range of clients. He was one of the Founders of CANSYS Inc, a computer Hardware and Software Solution provider and Consultancy based in Toronto and serving a broad range of clients in North America and Europe. From 1982 until its sale in late 2005, Mr. Powell was the President of CANSYS Inc. He is active in the community and provides advice and counsel to start-up businesses.
