Pursuant to Policy Statement 11-207 Respecting Failure-To-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions, ZoomMed undertakes to hold an annual meeting within 3 months after the date of such revocation.
The CTO issued by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Ontario Securities Commission on October 5, 2017, following the inability of ZoomMed to file its annual audited financial statements for the financial year ended on May 31, 2017, has been revoked this day by both the AMF and the OSC following the filling by ZoomMed of all of its continuous disclosure documents provided by the
ZoomMed builds and operates “ZoomMed’s communication network”, a clinical information exchange platform between physicians and the various other stakeholders of the healthcare sector, such as pharmacists, specialists, pharmaceutical corporations and private insurers.
The cornerstone of this network is ZoomMed’s “ZRx Prescriber”, a technologically innovative Web application that greatly simplifies the writing of a prescription for the physician. Since it is a standalone product, it can easily be integrated to any Electronic Medical Record application (EMR).
